In the modern world of sports we know that to be a champion it takes more than just skills and technique.

The difference between an average athlete and a top athlete is the physical attributes. A top athlete has to be strong,fast,powerful and at the same time flexible and free of injuries.

 

Hiring a full time strength and conditioning coach is expensive and that´s why we offer a cheaper alternative.

The first thing we do when we meet a team is to educate the players and explain the importance of proper strength training.

With most teams this lasts about 15-20 minutes in the beginning of or before the the training session. But in some cases we do a full 60-120 minute lectures.

 

When we have introduced our experts to the team and explained to them the benefits of individualized strength training we perform a movement screen on every player.

 

By screening the player with simple movement tests we´re able to diagnose any dysfunction and muscle imbalance in the athletes movement chain.

 

The reason we do this is because if a player has any muscle imbalance it will increase the risk of injury and may even make the athlete slower and less powerful!

Each player will have to answer a list of question about his/hers injury history/medical history, training history, nutrition,sleeping patterns ect..

We also offer help with attitude and goal setting.

 

With this information  about every athlete in the team we are able to design an individualized training program for each player based on his/hers weaknesses,strengths and goals.

The players will receive the workout program via email with video explanations from OnlineTraining coaches on how to perform every exercise in the program.

 

Players have access to our team of experts via email 24/7.

If a player has something on they´re mind about an exercise,injury,nutrition ect... the will receive an answer within 24 hours.
