Team Training

The missing link in many sports clubs is proper strength training. we offer a science based strength training for sports teams with focus on individualized training program for each athlete.

Every serious athlete should be on an individualized training program based on his/hers strengths and dysfunctions of the persons body.

We test every player with a movement screen.

TESTIMONIALS

"My friends in the NBA were shocked with my quickness and strength.."

Jimmy Bartolotta, Professional basketball player

"I was recovering from a broken foot, I worked on this program for 8 weeks and during that time I was able to keep my shape as good and even better then I hoped."

Emil Hallfredsson, professional football player of Hellas Verona, Italy.

Movement Screening

What is holding the athlete back?

By performing a series of movement tests on the athlete we can figure out what is holding him/her back.

We can diagnose  dysfunction and stiffness of muscles that might be increasing your chances of injuries and might even be making the athlete slower than he could be.

Screening a team can be done in a very simple way,  we simply show up to the clubs training ground during practice and screen 4-5 players at a time. by the end of the training we have done a screening on the whole team without interrupting the training session.
